- Payment is wired via PAYPAL only (paypal.com)
- I accept full payment in advance or payment plan (after i received half of the payment I will do the base shading/coloring, and the full shading/coloring after i received full payment)
- If the client is behind payment schedule, I may reject finishing the commission, blacklist the client
- Max payment overdue is 5 days, more than that the commission will be automatically cancelled
- I may reject/refuse the request if I'm still doing many of other requests, deadline too short, can't understand the request perfectly, too little reference from client, uncomfortable
- I hold the copyright of the artwork, except for the client who wants to buy the artwork copyright for commercial use
- I can use the artwork for my portofolio or as a sample for my commission
- Client only able to change the design before proceeding to the shading/coloring process (I still accept 3 times of minor change after it is being processed)
- I may ask for references to the client to avoid misconception and client is obligated to send the references
- NO REFUND (Including half of down payment transferred by the client)
- Client may ask for refund ONLY when I fail to deliver progress for more than 30 days
- The shading/coloring process will proceed after client accept the sketch draft (with no confirmation on the sketch, the commission will be on hold)
- Estimation time of completion is 1 day to 30 days
- In the case that client is put on a waiting list, I'm obligated to inform the client and the client will decide whether to wait or not
- What client will receive is DIGITAL artwork
- Credit the artist is required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated
- Do not feed commissioned art or sample art into AI
- BY BUYING MY ARTWORK, YOU AGREED TO ALL THE TERMS OF SERVICES
